Hospice Health Care Network is honored to be the recipient of many charitable gifts and contributions every year. Your gift to the Hospice Health Care Network provides for the special needs of terminally ill patients and their families. Our ability to provide charity care is supported by the many gifts of committed friends and supporters.

Activities your gifts may cover include various forms of financial assistance for patients and families, bereavement support for patient's families as well as the community, volunteer activities, and educational activities.

Financial assistance for patients and families may include special needs that are generally not covered under the Hospice program.  Examples include, but are not limited to, items for quality living such as clothes, rent, telephone, food, caregiver support, dental care, medications, durable medical equipment, and transportation.
